TATAMI — 10:00
🥋 IFMA Muaythai Technical (semi contact) on the mats. Light, controlled contact. Clean technique wins.

 

🥊 FIGHT NIGHT — doors 16:00, first fight 17:00
Full contact Muaythai in the ring.

FIGHTERS (18+)
1. Sign in with your email
2. Create your profile (“Me: I’m fighting”)
3. Fill in Details, pick your Gym, upload your Medicals
4. Add your fight photo and walkout song

PARENTS (kids under 18)
👨‍👩‍👧 One login for all your children. Kids don’t need an email.
1. Sign in with your email
2. Save your details under “Parents and guardians”
3. Add each child (“My child”)
4. Do each child’s Details, Gym and Medicals
5. Enter each child and sign for them

 

Parent who also fights? Same login. Add yourself as “Me: I’m fighting” and each child as “My child”.

 

COACHES
1. Sign in with your email
2. Pick your gym, or add it if it isn’t listed
3. Wait for SAMF to approve you
4. On the Coach page, approve your fighters and save your signature once
5. Tap Approve and sign on each entry

 

Fought on 26 September?
Your profile is already there. Don’t make a new one. Tap find your profile and type the phone number you gave on the night (for kids, usually the parent’s). Your coach confirms it’s you.

 

SIGNING IN
📧 Type your email and we send you a 6-digit code.
📱 Open the link in Safari or Chrome, not inside WhatsApp, so your phone remembers you.

 

MEDICALS — UPLOAD, NO PAPER
Don’t bring paper to the weigh-in. Everything is uploaded in the app.
– Medical form (everyone): download it in the app under Event info and forms, get your doctor to check you and sign it, then upload a clear photo or PDF.
– Blood tests (turning 16 or older in 2026): HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C, done on or after 24 April 2026. Upload the results with the test date.
– Indemnity: signed on screen when you enter. Under 18s: parent or guardian plus head coach. 18+: head coach.

 

✅ Check your fighter card. All lights green = ready for the weigh-in.

 

GEAR
🎒 Bring your own: gum guard, groin guard, and breast protector for women.
🥊 Supplied: head guard, gloves, shin guards, elbow guards and body protectors.

 

KEY DATES
⏳ Entries close: Monday 19 October, 23:59
⚖️ Weigh-in & medicals: Friday 23 October, 17:00 (both sessions, no weigh-ins on Saturday)
💰 Entry fee: R350 per fighter, paid at the weigh-in. Nothing is paid online.

 

🎟 Spectators: R200 at the door | Under 12: R50
